Pickwick Manufacturing Services has grown from a tiny local job shop to nationally-known metal fabricator with a 10-fold growth in sales in just ten short years. More than 150 clients in seven states rely on Pickwick today to keep complex metal fabricated parts and assemblies flowing to their assembly lines. Our 100+ Associates operate CAD engineering workstations, production lasers, turret presses, precision brake presses, tube benders, coordinate measuring machines, manual and robotic welders and similar equipment.
Do you have good mechanical aptitude and the ability to think, and want new skills and challenges? Will you thrive in an atmosphere of responsible independence, and seek pay in direct relation to your contribution?
At Pickwick flexibility and independent thinking are so critical to us that we'll pay you to take specialized courses taught in-house, once you've earned the opportunity for advancement. Recent classes have ranged from Blueprint Reading and Quality Principles to Electronic Repair and Laser Optics. Cross-training, both within and between departments, is a part of our every-day life.
Pickwick Associates enjoy variety and challenge because production runs are relatively short. Our compensation package includes competitive wages, health insurance, a cafeteria plan, 401K retirement account, profit sharing, vacation and sick day allowances. We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
